You will then be redirected to the 7Mind page with your Barmer ID - Create a user account with 7Mind
You need to register to use the app - Download the 7Mind app from the store and relax with your first meditation session

Frequently asked questions about the 7Mind app
Yes, as a Barmer member you need a Barmer user account to use the 7Mind app for free. With this account, you can use all of Barmer's digital services
After registering with your Barmer user account, you can use 7Mind free of charge for twelve months as part of your subscription. When your subscription is about to expire, you will automatically receive an e-mail reminding you to renew your registration to use 7Mind free of charge for another twelve months.
The following offers of the 7Mind app are certified by the german Central Prevention Testing Authority (Zentrale Prüfstelle Prävention, ZPP) and recognised as preventative services:
- restful sleep
- mindfulness-based stress management (MBSM)
- resilience in dealing with stress
- progressive muscle relaxation
Once you have completed one of the certified courses in the 7Mind app (e.g. mindfulness-based stress reduction), you will receive bonus points for the Barmer bonus programme. You can then redeem your bonus points for exciting rewards.
The operators of the 7Mind app and Barmer take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations and our privacy policy.
When you register, you consent to us sending your health insurance number to the app provider 7Mind. This is done so that we can bill the provider for your participation in the programme. If you do not consent to this, you can revoke your consent at any time without giving a reason by sending an e-mail (7Mind@barmer.de). In this case, your registration will be terminated.
